- The Middle Journey is split into 7 modules. Each module includes a video approximately 7 minutes in length.
- Each video is split into two parts. Part 1 is the story from that particular day of the cycle tour. Part 2 is the insight which is drawn from that day.
- A reflection sheet is provided. The sheet includes five questions per module. You can download it via the button below and can either print it should you like to write, or work with it on your laptop.
- The journey starts with Day 5 and works through the remaining days in the following order; Day 5, Day 6, Day 315, Day 36, Day 97, Day 187, Day 292. Once you have completed a module, the next module will become available. I encourage you to spend as much time as you need with the questions and content relevant to each day before moving on.
- Once the journey is complete, you will be able to return at any time and watch a section of the journey again or complete the journey as a refresher.
